A GYMNASIUM develops the BODY

…MATHNASIUM develops the MIND!

Mathnasium builds Number Sense, a deep understanding and lifelong love of mathematics, while building confidence. Your children don’t hate math but they just hate being confused and intimidated by it.

About us

Our Goal… is to significantly increase the child’s math skills (3 years upwards) and overall school performance, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward Math. Our students are not automatons, but thinking mathematicians, building Number Sense, and a passion for mathematics in a fun, nurturing environment that emphasizes individual attention and self-esteem.

Our Secret… After a thorough written and oral math assessment, we tailor-make a personalized learning program for your child since no student is alike. Filled with illustrations and puzzles, these exercises map the way towards a deeper understanding of math. Thus Problem Solving becomes second nature and unlocks a treasure of fun while learning math.

Our Students… Mathnasium method and curriculum caters for all students’ starting point: we help students who are struggling with math by explaining the concepts in a way that makes sense to them; we boost confidence with the subject of students who are likely doing well by providing them alternative and proven techniques; and we provide a complete challenging experience to students who are clearly ahead. In any cases, we make we develop a deep understanding and lifelong love of mathematics.

At Mathnasium Oman, we specialize in teaching kids math the way that makes sense to them.

We have a qualified and certified team to serve you. Our teachers are degree holders (most of them in Math) and have several years of teaching experience (both schools and private tuition). Moreover, all our teachers are trained by Mathnasium.

Mathnasium centers all around the world have been significantly helping the improvement of enrolled students’ math results.

After 10 sessions completed at Mathnasium, students have improved the result of their initial assessment by 27 p.p. (percentage points). Moreover, parents have also realized a significant performance improvement at school, a much more positive attitude towards math and other subjects as well as an improvement on their children self-confidence and social skills.
